The BMW 7 series was one of the much awaited models and as the official images were released by the company much fervor has been created. The car is likely to be rolled out into the Indian market next year. It will be introduced in the company`s foreign markets in the second half of this year.
Unlike its counterpart the Audi A8, the 2013 BMW will not be based on any new platform. The major changes will include new headlamps with full-LED treatment, new fog lamps with chrome treatment and newly crafted turn indicators that are positioned differently. The interiors will also have a host of changes including new front passenger leather seats and optional individual seat for the front passengers. The optional Bang and Olufsen High-End Surround sound system and front display screens incorporating new 3D graphics and new iDrive system among others.
The BMW 740i model will carry xDrive intelligent all wheel drive system. This was not available in the phone earlier. Besides, the BMW 760Li model will remain the top end 7 series model with 6.0-litre Twin Turbo V12 engine.
That is not all; the company has incorporated a number of enhancements in the engine units of 740Li and 750Li models, offering enhanced performance and efficiency.
