Fiat India is replacing Air condition kits of petrol powered Linea and Punto. The step has been taken in lieu of customer complaints. The Fiat India spokesperson said “This is a goodwill gesture on our part where we are acting proactively to a minor issue we felt in the air conditioning system of all petrol powered Punto and Linea”.He added, “We received complaints mostly from the north and some western parts of the country that the ACs was not cooling the cabin adequately in temperatures of over 40 degrees. Therefore all our customers in the region will be contacted individually and offered this free of cost upgrade.”
Fiat India is notifying Punto and Linea customers in the western and northern region in a bid to replace the AC kit for free of cost.
