Now that the V10 Acura NSX has officially been killed off due to the current global economic meltdown, Acura fans have been left to ponder what a coupe from the company would look like. Thanks to the design efforts of Colombian designer Leon Paz, a former intern at Honda's research and development center for America, we no longer have to wonder.
Meant to be an everyday sports car at reasonable price the design exercise blends futuristic cues with Acura's new styling direction. The exterior is dominated by sharp angles and wedges in an effect that the designer calls "multi-faceted". Among the more unique features is the 2+1 seating layout and a transparent roof that flows from the engine compartment all the way back to the rear of the car.
