Auto major Mahindra and Mahindra is busy with launch plans. It is believed to be in talks to launch Mahindra W201 SUV by end of September. Speculations are rife that the launch date in India would be around the last week of September. Mahindra is all geared up for the launch and has already been in talks with their vendor chain to manage the launch and sale. According to experts, the all new Mahindra W201 SUV gets ten on ten for looks. It has a strong build and the masculine contours compliment its functionality. Mahindra W201 SUV will be accompanied with the swept back headlamps. The curved grille look is striking and there is a beltline with a tapered roof adding more charm to this car.
The other Mahindra W201 SUV specifications include the 2.2 liter Hawk engine together with a specially developed transaxle, cable operated gearbox with 6 speed option makes Mahindra W201 SUV super cool. The engine of this SUV keeps the capacity to churn out power of 120 to 140 BHP along with 32.6 kg of torque. The firm is trying to boost up the power to 179 BHP in near future that will come with twin turbo variant. Mahindra W201 SUV will also come with ESP, hill descent control, traction control and power windows.
Mahindra W201 SUV is a much awaited product and the price is expected to be in the range of Rs. 13 to Rs. 14 Lakh. M&M W201 SUV will be positioned just above Mahindra Scorpio. Mahindra W201 SUV is set to strengthen the brand value of M&M by leaps and bounds.
