Tata Motors, India’s largest automobile company recently announced increases prices of passenger and all commercial vehicles and this price increase is in the light of increase in input costs.
The price raise in passenger cars is on the Tata Indica and the Tata Indigo family, in the approximate range of Rs. 3000/- to Rs. 15,000/-, depending upon the model. In utility vehicles, the price increase is on Tata Sumo, Tata Grande MK II, Tata Safari and Tata Xenon in the range of Rs. 8,700/- to Rs.14,500/-.
On commercial vehicle price increase in is in the range of Rs. 1,500/- to Rs. 30,000/-.
